After my cosmetic treatment at the MoniK salon from Cluj I bought a few Bruno Vassari products. From them I used the make-up removal cream for face and eyes.

The product description is the following: Mild make up remover emulsion. Removes all the make up and the excess of sebum secretions. Leaves the skin clean and moisturised.

My opinion: from my point of view the description above is a lot of rubbish. This product, in my case, did not remove the make-up from my eyes, not even half way. Every time I tried to remove the make-up, I had to use 5-6 cotton discs. I started “with a bit –  more and – even more cream” on a cotton disc hoping that it would better remove the mascara without having to rub my eyes and feel pain. To no end! My eyelids hurt from the amount of rubbing with the cotton over the eyes and it didn’t even start to remove the mascara.

In the end, when I rinsed my face and eyes with water trying to relax and ease the pain, the mascara would start running over my face. Horrible. More than that, the cream turned into something oily in contact with the water, and I hardly got rid of it and the oily sensation around the eyes. If this means “moisturising” then I’d rather live without it…

Conclusions: This product does not offer any delicate make-up removing. It doesn’t even remove half of the make-up from your face. It does not leave the complexion clean, on the contrary it has an oily consistence which in contact with water gave an even nastier sensation. I will never buy this product again and goes on my black list. If someone wants to “try” it just leave a comment here and I will mail it by regular post, I do not need it anyway…

Could someone recommend a good make-up remover?!
