– Vanilla Dee-lite Body moisturiser – 100g;

– Whipstick Lip Balm – 10g;

– Honey I Washed the Kids Soap – 100g;

– Melting Marshmallow Moments Luxury Bath Melt – 100g;

– Space Girl Bath Ballistic;

– Butterball Bath Ballistic;

– Creamy Candy Bath Bubble Bar – 100g.

Pret: 473 NOK /63 euro.

As promised, I went on Saturday to see for myself the new shop in Bergen. This is placed ay the Xhibition centre, on the ground floor, on the main entrance, where there used to be a long time ago the Movenpick ice cream shop. We went in the Xhibition centre on a side entrance, but once gotten in the middle of the centre just let yourself guided by the smell and it is impossible to miss the shop :).

The shop is full of products of all kinds, shapes, colours and odours. It seems like your are witnessing a true explosion, mid in a spring, of colour and fragrances that get get you drunk, dizzy and can charm you straight away. I think that, actually, the odour from the LUSH shop can get you addicted and that you instinctively go there to see “what else they have that’s good” :)!

When I got in I did not know where to begin, where to look, or what to put my hand and try first. From place to place there are some special places, with some large stainless steel bowls, where you can try your products on your own. Lots of different soaps, body and hair gels, bath products, scrubs, body lotions, lip balms, body butters, solid perfumes, and so on. The products are manually made and are based on fresh and organic raw materials the come from: avocados, roses, ginger, mango, melon, strawberry, lime, eggs, blueberries, lemon, garlic, lavender, cinnamon, cocoa, vanilla, jasmine, ylang-ylang, sage, coconut, orange, almonds, chamomile, sandal and many many more. One interesting thing that I noticed was that on every product there was a little label which said the name of the person that made that particular product and showed him/her in a small picture. I think this shows the special care given to the product and also its uniqueness.

Depending on the consistence, the products can be bought by piece, at a certain weight, in bottles or in different shapes and sizes. You can buy also already packed products in very special boxes, that you can offer as a present to anyone at any time, especially, that Christmas is coming :). This boxes, from what I could notice, are of different sizes, and contain from 2 products and more, and the price differs, normally, depending on the content.

While I went around the shop and took a few pictures, my husband already bought me a box. Yippiiiee, a coquette and dolled up box that made me to die of curiosity to find out what it contained. I opened it, and there were 7 products inside:

– Vanilla Dee-lite Body moisturiser – 100g;

– Whipstick Lip Balm – 10g;

– Honey I Washed the Kids Soap – 100g;

– Melting Marshmallow Moments Luxury Bath Melt – 100g;

– Space Girl Bath Ballistic;

– Butterball Bath Ballistic;

– Creamy Candy Bath Bubble Bar – 100g.

Price: 473 NOK /63 euro.

I barely touched the box and it already started to release the odours it hid inside :). It follows that I will try all the products and write about them here on the blog.

Conclusion: Do not miss the LUSH shops, wherever they are, it is impossible not to find something that will raise your interest and curiosity.
